have i been robbed?(360 pro)
 

hello, i bought 360 pro about six weeks ago and it worked if somewhat slowly and annoyingly.
i now can not connect at all!
i have tried re installing java and that did nothing.
i cannot uninstall it because its the only proof i bought it!
i downloaded limewire today as a last resort to see if my pc would let it load.
it did install and worked fine but i dont want the free version!!!
i payer £62 for it and im not a happy bunny!!!
i dont know where i downloaded it from or anything?
i am real frustrated with it. please help!!!!!
i have the invoice number on my bank statement but thats it!

If you want the Pro version you'll have to purchase it, but the Basic version is free and it's a very good program.

Try contacting your bank/cc company and dispute the charges. They should be able to help. Also try contacting 360 Pro, there should be a contact number on your cc statement. Politely demand your money be refunded.
