problems with pro

I purchased limewire in 2005. I could not connect one day so I called them and they directed me to "a better program". It is called 360 share pro. Suddenly I can't connect. I try to go to the website but it won't recognize my name or password. I actually like 360 better than limewire but, even limewire won't let me log in. I bought pro but I can't log in to activate it bacause it also won't recognize my name or password and I emailed them and they don't write back. Ginger

Them?

mp3live.com They are the people who sent my order info and description but it was limewire that I got. Someone affiliated with LW maybe?
It says full and unlimited access
netspy protector
pro version upgrade-movie codec pack

Here is the story. Iwas using LW basic and it was real slow so I purcased LW Pro.It was a little faster but nothing to write home about and the movies I tried o download were never the actual movies or it took 20 hours to download. Anyway, one day LW would not connect so I found a number somewhere to reach them (or so I thought it was LW).The lady on the phone said "oh,we are always having problems with LW so go to such and such web site and dl it because it is a much better program and since you paid for pro you will get it there also". The program she had me DL was 360 share pro and it was great for a year but now it won't connect. I uninstalled it so I could re-install and I can't because I have to get to the members area but it doesn't recognize my screen name.

wondering why May 12th, 2007 02:23 PM

Sorry but you purchased from a scam site and Limewire is in no way affiliated with any of the companies you have mentioned...

Sorry Z71kitty

As WW said, you got ripped off because you dealt with a scam site. Your best bet now is to get in touch with your CC company, the anti-fraud section, and try and get your money back.
