I'm at a loss as to what it would be then...Try having a look in your program files and see if you can find the firewall you are running...

Default Unknown Firewalls

Dear Tw1string

Although I have no specific answer to your problem I do have a few suggestions:

1) Port Forwarding, I suggest that you get in touch with your modem/router's support dept. and put your question about port forwarding to them. They are most likely to give you the latest and most up to date info on port forwarding your product.

2) Contact your ISP and find out if the currently block or partially block P2P traffic, simply because more and more ISP are doing so without any notice to their customers.

3) LAN stands for Local Area Network and, as such, I would not expect users to have LANs in their homes only in their place of work. However, in multi-computer owning homes wireless LANs are the modern way to go.

Do you have a wired or wireless LAN in your home?

The reason I ask is because wireless home LANs use WEP or WPA encryption when communicating with the router, this may be the problem you are having.
