Can't connect still after doing everything the help site said
 

I have done everything the limewire help site has said and i still can't connect. I sometimes get a turbo-charged connection like once a week and at that i only get something like 3 or 4 kbps. I don't know my system things as not all of us are computer genii so it would be a lot of help if anyone could help me at all.

You don't need to be a genius to supply the details and unfortunately we are not mind readers and we cannot help fix your problem without knowing your computers set up...
