Problem connecting to Limewire!
 

I just installed an antivirus and antispyware program today called Panda Titanium. Now when I try to open I get an error box that reads:

Limewire was unable to set up a port to listen for incoming connections. Some features of Limewire may not work as well as expected.

Then I'll only have the smallest green bar of connection and when I search for songs I get no results. I don't know anything about computers and have no idea how to fix it! I would really appreciate anyones help! Thank you!

Thats awesome, thanks for the link! I'm not sure how to choose a port, though! The link tells me to choose one between 10000 and 60000...but whenever I'd type in a number between those two, it would say port not available. : /.

How many ports did you try ? Try 64004

Who is your ISP ?

I just tried 64004 and Limewire said the port was unavailable. I don't think I tried any real ports. I don't even know what a port is lol. Is there a list of ports I could try or something? I really know nothing about computers : /. And I have comcast, I think. I have a laptop and I'm pretty sure that I'm using the neighbors internet because I haven't gotten a wireless router yet.

Try something between 49152 up to 65535, try this one 64049....;)
