 If you can't move service provider because you are on a contract (Usually a year) if you are having illegal problems with Tiscali/Pipex, by illegal I mean they advertise ''Unlimited'' downloads, then complain ,to links provided http://www.gnutellaforums.com/downlo...tml#post269822 Hope this helps but OFTEL and link are best bet,hope this helps, N2
