Gnutella Forums - i need help!(error on start up for seperate accounts)

so i've basiclly read most all the support and help post and thereds and the thing im having trouble with i cant find help for on her......okay well heres my problem...

i go to limewire.com, and download limewire...it downloads fine..but when i click the icon to start it..i cant....a boz comes up and says that there is an error...one of the files i need didnt download...and i don't know how to get this file...i have been uninstalling and downloading lime wire...but everytime the same thing happends...im running windws xp, and everybody in my house has a name...and on her name she downloaded limewire just fine...i don't know what 2 do or how to fix it...any help? i need muzik!
