help me asap please!!! (LW won't connect, lose IE connection)

:confused:
so whenever i open my limewire, first of all the thing never connects, and all of a sudden my internet explorer and all things that require an internet connection stop working... i have a windows and limewire version 4.12.11 please help me!!
