Connection problems only on one user
 

I have been using Limewire for quite a while, but my brother who have a different account on the same computer don't have any connection at all (one green dot). We have checked the other accounts on the computer and found that it works for them aswell.

So... What's the problem? I have looked at the settings for the programme and for my firewall and found no differences exept for the "monitor port" (don't know what it's called in english) under advanced settings >> Firewall. But I guess that isn't a problem because all users on the computer have different...

3. 1,5 Gb RAM
4. 400 Gb
5. Cable 8 Mb/s

9. Telia (guess you have never heard of them...)

I have heard of Telia. Can't remember whether it was good or bad though. Disable your XP firewall & make sure your Norton firewall is properly set up to allow LW; Configuring Norton Internet Security. Then restart LW & let it settle. Give it plenty of time.

If more than one of you use LW in the same day thru the same router, it might be a good idea to reboot between to see if that helps.

I'm gonna try and see if it works after rebooting the computer. As for the firewall i have Norman, not Norton.

But it should work considering I have LW fully funktional for other users and nothing different in firewall settings?
