Connection problems tried everything really annoyed =(

Just the basics first then :
1. OS version? Windows XP
2. What firewalls you have? Just the windows one but went through the steps to disable it
3. How much ram? enough has limwire did work a few days ago
4. Hard Disk space available? enough again same as above
5. Connection type? Broadband
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? no idea
7. Where are you trying to connect from? home
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? umm its 4.12.11 nd my Java has recently been updated
9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)?Cable
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? Test worked
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. no other computers
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. new problem with experienced user (used LW over 2 years)
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? yes and also all the bars are red not green but the internet works fine

14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled?

Other things that may come in useful :
My wireless network connection 5 is connected and firewalled but the limewire and Gnutella are in expectations
Same for the local area connection but that it unplugged as always
Also this problem has not occured before i have one green bar(the smallest) and the rest are red the globe is behind a wall.
I really do not know anything about techinical computer language so easy step by step insructions or ideas would be a huge help !!
please try and help me thank you

Sorry, but it would be a great help if you could answer these questions better:

6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?
8. What version of Java do you have?
9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)?

How long has this problem been going on?

Thanks ;)

Glad you got it fixed :D
