newest version of JAVA won't let my lime wire work

Hi, I downloaded the newest version of JAVA and now my limewire program won't open. Is there anything I can do? :idea:

Uninstall the version of Java you installed Go to the control panel and add remove programs uninstall all versions of Java then uninstall LimeWire and reinstall it

My limewire wont let me open it at all! I have checked everything the site is saying to, but it still wont open... Anyone have any ideas as to why it wont work?
