Help!!! (only 1 connection bar)
 

i have limewire version 4.12.11 pro i had basic 4. something b-4 so idecided to up grade now it says connection started one bar lit up and thats where it stays forever i have notrton anti virus disabled norton internet security disabled i have windows firewall disabled i am going threw a router its a linksys befsr41 model so i diconnected that went threw the dsl modem and same thing cannot get connected i am so aggravated its not even funny thinking i should of stayed with what was working it worked b-4 threw router and with all antiviruses and internet security working i have java version 1.50-12 had java 6 thoguht id roll back and see what happens same thing so if someone could help me i would greatly appreciate it thank you i have windows xp with 256 ram and 56 gig h/d

Try configuring your Norton Internet security and limewire..
Port Forwarding for the Norton Internet Security 2007

Try Port Forwarding your router...
Port Forwarding for the Linksys BEFSR41

Did you uninstall the Java 6.1 ?? If not uninstall it from your add/remove programs...

Last but not least try deleting your preference folder...
