Default Connection Problems (Configuring Norton)

I seems to have a popular problem but I don't see any responses with Norton Internet Security.... So I have been using Limewire for months with no problems then one day I am stuck on starting connection. I have uninstalled limewire. I have deleted the files using right clicking on the start menu, explore and so on. I am getting very frustrated!!! Can you please help

1. OS version? Xp
2. What firewalls you have? Norton Internet Securtiy
3. How much ram? Not Sure
4. Hard Disk space available? 145 GB
5. Connection type? Dail up to connect then Satalitte to download
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Modem- TechniSat SkyStar-USP
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? Home
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. I have Limewire version 4.12.11 Pro and Java 1.6.0_01
9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)? AOL
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? States your test worked.
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. No.
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. I have been using Limewire for several months before
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? UPnP

If you feel that your Norton isn't configured properly with Limewire, have a look at this link...

Try uninstalling your Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version....(4th one down)
Java SE Downloads - Previous Release - JDK 5

The 6.1 has been troublesome for many people...

If that doesn't work try deleting your preference folder...
