Can't start - stuck in "Connecting" mode

I have basic Livewire. Used to work fine. Now, when I try to start it, it never gets out of the Connecting mode (Live wire is currently connecting...). How do I fix?

Do you mean limewire? Did you pay for it? There are companies out there that use the name livewire and are fraudulent companies.
