Newbie! Limewire 4.13 not loading incomplete downloads
 

Hi guys and gals!

Sorry! I'm a newbie. I have been using Limewire for a number of years - this version since its release - and have encountered a problem I have never seen before???

To put it in laymans terms(I am no tech wiz and won't understand techspeak!), When I reconnect after a disconnect, the program is not picking up my incomplete downloads and is leaving me with a blank pane.

How do I recover my incomplete file so that I do not have to start the search process all over again?

Unfortunately with the 4.13.4 or higher version beta, it behaves a little differently with how it handles incompletes. What you will need to do is go to the LW Library window, select the incomplete folder, select the first file in list, then scroll down to the last & whilst holding down the SHIFT key, select the last so all files are selected. Then press the Resume button. This will force all back into the download window.

Thank you so much. I did not know you could 'resume' from within the incomplete file.

To say I am not quite sure what is happening is, at least, an understatement. I logged out of LW before I posted. Having logged in again to try your idea, my incomplete files 'miraculously' reappeared???

I will keep your suggestion for tomorrow!!!
