hElp connection problem...

i have got limewire and it wont let me connect the bar jus stays at 1(lowest), can som1 plz help me? my internet connection speed is 4.5mbps and my isp is talktalk uk.thx

Do your searches in the day, to find what you want & Download through the night.
Or dump TalkTalk in the bin where it belongs & get a new ISP.

switch isps to just use limewire?I don't think so.
