 As far as I know Comcast does not block or shape incoming connections. But I am pretty sure they are blocking outgoing P2P traffic.Make sure LimeWire is allowed through the Windows firewall. When you check your firewall settings un check the LimeWire box then click on apply. Then start limewire go to the firewall exceptions page and put a check mark in the box and click apply. Then restart LimeWire. Sometimes the windows firewall gets messed up.
