New Wireless Router, cant connect??
 

Hi All I have just set up a new wireless router ( My 1st) and now my limewire says connecting and shows the first bar but wont actually connect, any suggestions?? I have seen some suggestions to enable ports?? but i am technically challenged and have no IDEA how to do this. Thanks in advance for any help. Kalyn:bangh:

Could you give us the brand and model number? Or, you can go to PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall, click on port-forwarding, find your model, click on Limewire, and follow the instructions.

:bangh:Hi, I went to the website you suggested and did everything it said and it still wont connect??? hummm told ya I was tech impared, my Brand and model is Linksys WRT54G V8. Is there anything else it could be? I havent changed anything else on my comp in months and it was working since then Thanks Kalyn
