 Did you delete the preferences folder? If it was deleted properly, all of your options would've reverted back to default. If you've got any doubts about whether you deleted that folder properly (some people have trouble finding it), let us know. Is your router a Westell Versalink 327W? If so, here are the port forwarding instructions...see if that helps with the connection. Port Forwarding for the Westell Versalink 327W LW's listening port, port in the 'manual port forward' box & port forwarded within the router all have to be the same number.
