So, ive been using the same limewire on ubuntu for over a year, and then lately when i try downlaoding something it always says connecting to network, but its connecting for hours and i cant use limewire at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyways a few days ago my friend came over we popped in linux and downloaded stuff no problem, but once again today i have the same problem. i have no idea what is wrong with it, the only thing i did notice is that it takes like 2 seoncds to load limewire, then i try terminating it and restarting so it loads but it loads in 2 seconds again. also i always had a problem that sometimes when it loaded limewire linux would freeze... and so i gave up on limewire and tried loading gnuttella which DIDNT OPEN!! then i tried reinstalling it but once i uninstalled it it was gone from my add programs thing. so now idk what to do.

can anyone help me!!! im gonna rip my hair out soon i need my linux to work properly!!
