Somebody please help (One green bar, Not Connecting)
 

I have Windows XP
I have a wireless router
I have Nortons Antivirus
I have LimeWire Pro
I have installed Java SE5 version (one recommended)
I have no hair and very little computer knowledge!

We did very briefly have LimeWire connected in the beginning, but since then (2weeks ago) have had only 1 small bar! I have no idea what i am doing and i don't understand many of the tips that i have read. I need someone to explain it to me like in child speak, as i am on the verge of dribbling. If i didn't cry through frustration the whole thing would be out the window by now!!
