Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network.

![]() go to "Start"_ "Run". Type cmd then press enter or OK. That will bring you to dos prompt. Type ipconfig. Then press enter. Look for the default "gateway address". That is the ip for your router. Clear your url address and type in that "gateway adress". Nothing but the numbers(no http://, eg.) Now you should be able to see if you are UPuN enabled or not. Call your router manufacter for support if you can't find it looking around. The password for your router is usually admin. No user name is nessecary unless you have changed it yourself. It might be several things making LW not connect. I worked it it for a whole day until the right combo of suggestions here helped me out. Good luck! ![]() |
