Connected but not doing anything
 

I have been trying to use Limewire and it connects, but when it does and i try to search for something, the hosts show no bandwidth and it just sits there idle. Every now and then it gets a little spike and the bandwisth goes up for a split-second, but then goes back to zero. Can someone please assist me with the problem.
