have used LM for 2 years no cant connect!!

ive used LM for a couple of years with no problems and recently over the last week only get 1 green bar on connecton. I have recently installed the latest norton security and LM has worked no problem. I have changed all firewall settings to allow LM etc, XP firewall turned off .below ans to usual connection problems, hope this helps!!
1. what OS version (eg: Windows 98, XP,OSX, Vista) ? XP
2. What firewalls you have ? NORTON LATEST VERSION
3. How much ram ? ???
4. Hard Disk space available ? LOADS
5. Connection type (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) ? BROADBAND
6.Modem what brand name & model numbers ? NO BRAND NAME
7.Router brand name & model numbers ? LINKSYS WRT54GS
8. Where are you trying to connect from (house, apartment complex, school, student accommodation, work, etc.) ? HOUSE
9. What version,LimeWire & Java, are you using. Go to L/W's Help/About L/W, THIS show both LW & Java version.? 4.12.14/JAVA 1.6.0_01
10. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider) ? VIRGIN MEDIA
11. Do this test click here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ should say 'Your test worked!. What happens ? TEST WORKED
12. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. NO
13. Is this your 1st try at LW, or is this a new problem with an experienced user.? NEW PROBLEM, EXP USER
14. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface ? YES
15. Have you given full permissions for LimeWire to pass through your Firewall ? YES
16. XP users, Please state XP firewall on or off.? OFF
17. In Start & remove Programs, Is this update Installed, "Security Update for Windows XP (KB931261)" ? WAS INSTALLED IN APRIL 07
If Windows Updates are not seen, Tick the box at top of page, (show updates)
18. Are you using Manual Port faward in LimeWire OR UPnP ? UPNP RECOMMENDED

im in london, as i said i have had now problems with it until the last week. Anyone out there that can help !!
I have also by passed the router (heard they had problems) and still no connection

Your ISP shapes p2p usage during peak times, so it sounds like you may of popped up on their radar...
Traffic management

You could try Port Forwarding to get rid of the firewall you are seeing as your router has one...

You can also try uninstalling your Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version....
Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11

And finally if all else has failed you can try deleting your preference folder...
