limewire connection

help? limewire will not connect always says starting connection,it worked for a long time no changes that Ive made I updated to pro but still no connection. Ive had cox for 5 years with no limewire problems please help

Problem Connecting ALSO!!

LM says "Starting Connection" and stays that way. I also upgraded to PRO to see if that would help. But, it DIDN'T. It use to work just fine. I have not changed anything.
