Default firewall problem

hi, i had a good quick connection , which turned into a slow bad connection. i posted a thread on this forum (slow download) and followed the advise .now i can't even connect to limewire . i must of made a wrong turn some where . the brickwall wasn't showing before , now it is and i can't use limewire .i followed all the firewall solutions . nothing works . here are my stats
1. i have windows xp
2.avg's and windows firewall
3.504mb of ram
4. 40gb of free space
5.broadband , 1 gb connection
6.i'm not sure of the of the modem but it is a wireless connection
7.connceting from a house
8.limewire 4.12.11 pro , java 1.6.0_02
9. isp is northrock , bermuda
10."your test worked "was the only thing on the screen when i folled the link
11.there are no shared connections with my computer
12.i have been using LW for a while , but not too good with it
13.there is a brickwall in front of the globe. but not before
14. the upnp is enabled
15.i use avg for security
16.i live in bermuda

We need the model No's of your wireless modem/router

If you are using AVG firewall, then turn XP firewall off,
2 firewalls running together conflict with each other

ok. my modem is made by agere systems DHA modem .
i cannot find the model number .
