I can not connect
 HELP!!!! I can't connect to limewire!!! I have downloaded some music before but now i can't totally connect at all what is happening? I am using the same computer. I didn't change any settings or what so ever.... i am totally lost and eager to download more music  please help me hear more music!!!

hi there!! thank you for such a quick response for my cry of help
 well, here's the problem...when I click on the shortcut in my desktop for limewire it just doesn't do anything at all. I have downloaded music twice already and had no problem but when I tried clicking on the shortcut the other day it just doesn't do anything at all. Hey,once again,thank you for helping me out on this...  rina

Try these fixes...
 Try uninstalling all versions of Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version.... Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11 If that does not help with your problem try deleting your preference folder/s... Fixes for Limewire when LW isn't operating as it should
