Fully connect???

When I try to search say: Limewire is currently connecting to network. YOUR SEARCH MAY NOT RETURN MANY RESULTS UNTIL YOU ARE FULLY CONNECTED TO THE NETWORK.

what that means? I have NO results and I'm connect to the internet....
HELP ME pls!!!!
