Default Mac People... Use this P2P

Seems like Limewire doesn't want to address these connection issues and after looking at over 100 posts saying the SAME thing, it seems like we should go elsewhere until this problem is resolved.

The Poisoned Project - Poisoned

I have it working 100% fine for me on my mac

I have no connection problems in OSX 10.3 or 10.4 or OS 9.

People who have connection problems are usually due to their equipment, isp or firewall settings or work network settings, etc.

Considering the many millions of people who use LW, yes there's going to be problems posted on this forum ... that's what it's here for lol Go back 2 years & you will see exactly same thing.

agree
however 2 years ago you didnt need to be a rocket scientist with 10 different ways of configuring a certain way, on odd days of the month, when the moon is rising and birds stop chirping... it just worked...
now it doesn't...
since it worked all i did was updated the OS and LW as suggested
i never had these configuring issues before and since i didn't change anything i shouldn't now...
im on a airport extreme.. i have "enable NAT Port Mapping Protocol" checked...

i have no proxies set in my network
i have no sharing clicked
i have no idea why this is so difficult

i dont have to make ANY changes on "Poisoned", even though LW is better, Posioned at least works.. without all the star trek settings

You need to have admin permissions to remove files from the system. Especially if the files are not from your account or iou didn't install it. Somewhere in the intro to the forums you will have read what you need to do when you have a connection problem. And yes, I am clueless to solve your problem because I can't see what equipment you have etc.
