Proxy settings???
 

Hi Guys.
I have used limewire at home perfectly fine, but now I come into my college and it wont work. now I do have to enter in my user names and stuff to get onto just a normal firefox browser, but how do I get my limewire to work as well???

Any help would be muchly appreciated!

hmmm....I would talk to people at your school about this...I suspect such activities are not allowed and defeating the security measure might end up with you getting into a lot of trouble...

but still, theres 20000 people here, so I'm not fussed about that.
If I was just to put the user name and password into the proxy setting bit on the advanced menu, would that fix it? what else would I have to do...?

Basicaly I can see its working, I have 5 bars so it should be there, it just says it cant create a stable connection...is this going to be because of the protection from the uni?
