Default Firewall Problems - Already Tried Port Forwarding

Hi,
I recently got Limewire Pro 4.14.9 and have Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.2.
My system details are:
1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98) Windows XP
2. What firewalls you have? Windows Firewall (Turned Off) Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0
3. How much ram? 1.00 GB
4. Hard Disk space available? 23.0 GB
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) broadband
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Ozenda 11g Wireless & AR4505GW
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? house
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. 4.14.9 Pro - 1.6.0_02
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? ManxNet
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? says 'your test worked
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. with 1 other laptop & a desktop computer
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. Fixed it once before but that was with a past version
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? yes
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? Port Forwarding and UPnP is enabled
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.2
16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country (eg Clearwire in the USA & also in Ireland). Isle of Man

I have a Static IP and have done port forwarding and UpnP is enabled but i still have the brick on the globe. I have also connected limewire to port 50000 (the port i forwarded) on listen to and manual in the options. I have also enabled Limewire in Kaspersky. Also the Green Bars say i have a Turbo-Charged Connection, but when i try to download it still only goes at 1/2/3 kb/s.
Thanks

You should only have to set one static ip...Once your computer has one you don't need to set up another, no matter what program you are trying to port forward...

Did you follow this guide to port forwarding
Port Forwarding for the Ozenda 11g Wireless

Try using the number 64049 and remember it's the only number you enter in all 3 box's for TCP and UDP...

Could you tell me what this is the model number for AR4505GW ??

yep that was the model number and i used that guide to set up my port forwarding. I have only got 1 static IP, i meant i did it again incase it didn't work. The Port i have set it to is 50000 by the way.
Please confirm that this is correct:

Protocool Type: Lan Port: Public Port: Enable:
TCP 50000 50000 (tick)
UDP 50000 50000 (tick)

(sorry not good at posting links)

Ok...Did you put 50000 into the manual port forward box and the listen port box in limewire and select apply ??

Also check that you have Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.2 configured to allow limewire correctly...

You could also try deleting your preference folder/s as well...
This will reset your configurations back to default and get rid of any corruption that may of happened...

Fixes for Limewire when LW isn't operating as it should

Right, i have now found out that it is Kaspersky blocking Limewire, since i disabled it and then the brick wall was gone. Obviously i haven't set it up properly.
Do you know how to configure it to allow limewire since i have tried with no avail, thanks.
it's Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.2 if that helps
cheers
