I use to be able to connect, however, I can't now. I believe it might be a dsl connection issue because I can't connect with my desktop or my wireless laptop. So its not an issue with software or operating. I even deleted and reinstalled java. Does anyone know what I should be asking my internet provider?

Can you give us your details (just in case there's an issue somewhere apart from your ISP)? Click on the blue link in post #2.
