 Check out the ISP's for your area... Ring them and ask all sorts of questions... 1. Do they shape, throttle, block p2p usage.. 2. Do they have a Usage limit... 3. Request a copy of there Fair Use Policy... 4. Do they have a download/upload peak time period... Here is a thread of ISP's that have been reported to do the above... http://www.gnutellaforums.com/connec...-limewire.html Also when you think you have found an ISP that looks reliable, enter there name into the search function here and see what reports come up, or just ask one of us and we will try and check it out for you...
