Does anybody have a solution to the one green bar problem???

Hi
i have been having the one green bar problem for about 2 weeks now and it wont stop! It all started when i wasnt even getting one bar, so i tried the preference file deleting thing. It worked for a day, but then strangely i started having this one green bar problem. I have tried EVERYTHING. Ive changed my java, ive wiped everything to do with limewire off my computer and have reinstalled it and ive done the preference file thing over and over again, ive disabled my norton firewall and have made an exception for limewire. I cant think of anything else. If you need more information, search my name "adasha lyrai" and youll see the other thread that ive made.
Please help
any ideas are welcome
especially ones that have worked for you
im beginning to loose my faith in limewire
oh and also on the little blue globe on my limewire page there is a brick wall, suggesting firewall problems.
