Connection Toolbar

I can't get a connection toolbar and I go to view/connection. Also I got beautiful results yesterday and today I get squach.

Toolbar? Do you mean Connections window. You go to View menu -> Show/Hide Connections window. ;)
Sometimes the ultrapeers you connect thru are not good, so disconnecting & reconnecting later can benefit the issue.
