No Connection
 

I was just wondering if there was a technical problem with Limewire that has occurred today. I have been using Limewire for a while (1yr +) and have mad no changes to my computer or firewall so I assure you before you give me the blanket statement of checking firewall settings you are wasting both our times. I have tried on more computers than my own too

Just so you wont bother asking for this info let me go ahead and give it to you...


1. OS version? Windows XP
2. What firewalls you have? Currently None
3. How much ram? I cant remember and i have no clue where to look
4. Hard Disk space available? 66.6GB
5. Connection type? cable
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Modem is a motorola the router is a Linksys Model numbers? Are you serious?
7. Where are you trying to connect from? My home..the same place i've been connecting from for the last year and a half
8. What version of LimeWire 4.12.11 & Java do you have? 1.6.0_02
9. Who is your ISP ? RoadRunner
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? it said Your test worked
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? Nope
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. New problem with an experienced user
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes

14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? I have no clue
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Windows Live
16. What country are you living in? United States
