"locating sources" - "queued" messages

Hi all. New to this site. I know my question is a basic one, and I am doing some research on the forum now to figure it out for myself.

In the meantime, if anyone can direct me to a section of the site , or some forum topics that can help me resolve...please do!

I have had the same message in my enabling/open info sharing page for a few days....so i figure something is not set correctly.

Queued = your LW is too busy to handle the downloads.
It basically means you are downloading too many at once. The incomplete files will begin queued when you start LW up. Else, about once every 30-60 mins LW attempts to find sources for the inactive incomplete files aka "locating sources". If you have a lot of incompletes then some may become queued during this process.
