no connection cause of firewall?????

ok it says im connection 2 network...for how ever long i have it open...i try disconnect and connect...dont work....then after hours of fustration...it connects...then l8r..or tomorrow it wont connect....so plz if anycan can help me....do so:rolleyes_2::confused::confused::confused:
