Can't connect
Up until the last month I have always been able to log into Limewire.
Looks like I have a firewall problem. I have set Limewire as an exception to the firewall. Can anyone help? Thanks 1. xp 2. windows firewall 3. 960 mb 4. ? 5.DSL 6.smartlink modem 7. home 8.4.14 10 1.6.0 02 9. sbc 10. test worked 11. no 12. new problem 13. see a brick 14.? 15. avg 7.5 16. usa

1. Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.)
2. Go to Tools>Options>Connections & uncheck option. Then each time you open LW, wait a few mins, then go to File menu & choose connect. BTW do you have a model number for that modem?
