| System details - help us to help you (click on blue link) will enable us to hopefully find where the problem is. ![]() 1. For a start, if you are using McAffee firewall, then make sure XP firewall is turned off. And make sure LW is allowed thru the mcaffee firewall. 2. Sounds like your motorola device needs its UPnP enabled, else port forwarded. |

| I have windows xp-suddenlink modem for my cable/computer ARRIS CM450-A and then Vonage router Motorola VT2442-VD I didnt have any problems with my download speed until i Hooked up the Motorola VT2442-VD I check my download speed test and it comes up 1547 or so but my LW downloads will only allow between 50-200 i have my McAfee uninstalled and my windows firewall off and i still have the brick on my LW-How do I go about fixing this,removing the brick ?? I am very new to my computer so i dont have a clue ........................................Thanks-Nancy |
