Default slow downloads vonage router ?? motorola

hey thanks for the help i just read your reply but unfortunatley i have to wait for my kids to go to bed to check it out i will get back later and let you know....I hope i even put this reply on the right place i just got my computer and an new to all this-Thanks again

Default How do I get to the Motorola page ????

Im sorry but i couldnt find a link to it or find it like I said I am very new to all this -sorry-not only is my downloading slow i may be too....

Default I found the Motorola Page

Yes I looked in the box it came in and found more info....genius my UPnP was disabled so I enabled it and something called multicast was also disabled so I also enabled that (was this ok??)I looked around in the page at the firewall info do I also want to turn that off ?? it says something about NAT & SPI it seems like i can turn them both off or just the NAT any suggestions?? also my brick is still on my LW .... i am so puzzled
