can't connect

I just downloaded new version of Lime Wire 2.1.3 can not connect. What do I do? Tried connecting on both AOL and Netzero neither will let me connect.

How do I add my list of songs to the libary?

Add the folder containing your songs as a shared directory in the Options, under Sharing.
