hi been trying to look around to different people questions and the anwers given but i still seem to get nowhere... can someone help

8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? LW 4.14.10/ Java JRE 1.6.0_03
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Time Warner Cable
