deleting application data folder did not work

i still cannot connect to the network. i deleted my application folder and it made no difference. my firewall has been changed to allow LW and the problem still exists. my system is windows xp and my security is bullguard.:mad:

I also deleted my application folder and reopen limewire and it's still the same also. :mad:
