can't connect
 

i keep getting the screen that says it is still connecting to the network...i have only one bar and it also has a firewall in front of the globe...i was going to purchase pro but if i can't even get the simpler program to run, what's the sense...i've used the basic rogram for a while now, but maybe i should try another file sharing program...please help
