Both XP & Vista users will need to show hidden files & folders in order to be able to find a preferences folder in the new location (for LW versions newer than 4.9.34). XP users can do this by going to Control Panel > Folder Options > click on the View tab > check the radio button to show hidden files & folders > apply > ok. Vista users, see the Vista pref folder link above.
Mexx, see whether looking in that other location helps!

I got the proper file it was in another folder and not in the one that I was looking at before. Thanks for your help
