7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)?house

8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version.LW 4.14.10 Java 1.6.0_03
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?Road Runner

It's not a good idea to use two Firewalls together as they will conflict with each other. Turn off the Windows Firewall and give Limewire Full access through Trend Micro.

It would be very helpfull if you can find the Make and Model # on your Router. Usually underneith the Router.

fire wall no fire wall does not help
 
I have turned off both firewalls I have run it with one or the other and still cant connect I have done eveything it says to do and cant connect. I have given up.....:(

I Have Used Limewire On Xp And Had No Problems. I Got A New Computer And It Has Windows Vista And Now I Can't Get Limewire To Bring Anything Up. I Really Need Help With This. Thanks
