I am a first time user on this Forum. I am running Windows XP Home as my operating system and I am behind a Firewall. I have done installations of Lime Wire on other computers that I own, at work, and for friends and family members that love Lime Wire.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Lime Wire 2.1.3 several times in the last 4 hours but can not connect to the network. On the Title bar of the Lime Wire software, it states that "Lime Wire: Running the Gnutella Network (Disconnected/ no files availables). How do I get connected?????????

File>Connect - Mine disconnects quite frequently but it doesn't harm downloads - they just carry on, sometimes you have to hit connect again if d/l goes to 0Kb

but I'm running it on a Mac. Strange. Yesterday, it works fine, today it can't keep up any connection longer than a few seconds. This DOES affect downloads, and searches of course. Is anybody out there to help???
