Theres lot of suggestions out there about renaming files, deleting folders, settings, etc.....I tried them all. No luck....Came across this forum post which did the trick....for no apparent logical reason....and kudos for aplane33 for stumbliing across it.

Try this simple fix first before you go further. It sounds ridiculous but it did the trick for me. You can read the fix and my response here in the forum
