Firewall problem

Hi. I have tried everything to get LW back but it keeps saying a fireall is blocking it. I have disabled all firewalls and still wont work. I am about ready to get my money back that I paid. Can anyone help me? I have Windows xp. Thank you

If LW isn't connected, see whether any of the fixes here work.
If LW Will Not Connect

If nothing there helps, post back with your system details.
